Lounge Terms of Use<\/h2>\n

The Kanagawa Ward International Lounge can be used free of charge by organizations that carry out voluntary activities related to multicultural coexistence within Yokohama City.
\n\u203bRegistration is required in advance.
\n\u203bIt cannot be used for political, religious, or commercial activities.
\n\u203bGroups and individuals who engage in activities that violate public order and morals cannot use the service.
\n\u203bIf you engage in any behavior that violates public order and morals within the lounge, you will be asked to leave.
\n\u203bThe meeting corner and kids space can also be used by individuals. No registration required.<\/p>\n

Use by group registration<\/h3>\n

Applications for use of the multipurpose room will be accepted by telephone, at the counter, by email, or via the inquiry form on the website (on a first-come, first-served basis) from the same day three months prior to the desired date of use.<\/p>\n

\n\u203bPriority reservations can be made for ongoing projects (Japanese language\/learning support for foreigners, and continuous courses).
\n\u203bRegarding the reception of priority reservations, restrictions will be set in order to secure a certain level of general reservation slots.
\n\u203bReservations can be made in hourly increments.
\n\u203bReservations can be made for up to 8 hours per group per week.

Group registration requirements<\/h3>\n

\n\uff08\uff11\uff09Organizations in Yokohama City that carry out activities related to multicultural coexistence, or organizations in Yokohama City that plan and manage events related to multicultural coexistence at lounges.

\n\uff08\uff13\uff09Must agree with the purpose of establishing the lounge and be able to cooperate with lounge activities.

About rental rules<\/h3>\n

Registered groups can receive priority reservations for the multipurpose room in the Kanagawa Multicultural Lounge. However, when using the facilities, it is necessary to carry out activities in accordance with the purpose of use determined by the facility.<\/p>\n

\n\uff08\uff11\uff09The fees collected in the usage application must be deemed to be less than the amount equivalent to the actual expenses.
\n\uff08\uff12\uff09Use of Equipment and Facilities: Appropriate handling of equipment and facilities within the rental facility is required.
\n\uff08\uff13\uff09If the damage is caused by intentional or negligent actions, you will be responsible for the repair costs.
\n\uff08\uff14\uff09The facility assumes no responsibility for the actions of users or the management of valuables.
